The inspection reports provided by our application are for informational purposes and do not replace a complete professional inspection by a certified building inspector when required by law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the application at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these terms of service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.

11. Language
